• Over 15 years of College and School Administrator in Athletic Administration and Student Life Management.
• Over 20 years of teaching on the pre-school, elementary, middle school, High School, and College levels,
•  Over 35 years as a Community, AAU, H.S, Prep School, NCAA, NAIA, & NJCAA DI, DII, & DIII Coach.
•  Over 40 years of Summer Camp experience as a camp organizer, director, speaker, presenter, and counselor. An instructor and presenter at numerous national clinics and youth basketball camps.
• 2004-05 National Jr. College Championship, Selected National, District, Regional & CUNYAC Coach of the Year.
• Coached National AAU programs such as NYC Gauchos, NYC Panthers & The City. Won several national and major tournaments.
• Recruited, coached, trained, and mentored highly successful college student-athletes and NBA players.
• NCAA Division I Assistant Coach at Hofstra University, Providence College, and Farleigh Dickerson University.
• Selected CUNYAC Con Edison Athletic Administrator of Year Award, Coach of the Year, and NJCAA Region 15 Basketball Officials Joe De‘Bouis Award for Outstanding Team Leadership & Team Sportsmanship.
• Founded, directed, and organized, as well as, collaborated operation of numerous educational focused and life skill and basketball motivated camps, clinics, workshops, and programs for youth over the past 35 plus years.
