There were a lot of girls at the first tryouts and it was very difficult to make our decision so we’re giving you another opportunity to make the cut! New comers are welcome. be sure to get there early and most importantly…bring your A-game!

LIGHTNING TRYOUTS
FOR THE 2019 AAU SEASON
Lightning Basketball
is very happy to announce the 2019 AAU season’s
Lightning Basketball Tryouts.

FIVE LOCATIONS-GREAT OPPORTUNITY

Tryouts for Lightning Basketball grades 3 through 8 are on Martin Luther King Day, Monday January 21, 2019. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of the largest and most respected AAU program in the country.
Registration Fee is $25.
BOYS – Age group is determined for boys’ teams by how old the child is on August 31, 2019. For example, a child who was born on June 25, 2006 will be 13 on August 31, 2019 and he must play in the 13U age group. For boys in elementary and middle school, grade does not come into consideration as it is based solely on age.
GIRLS: Eligibility is determined by grade for all girls’ teams.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

Each tryout runs approximately 1 hour and fifteen minutes and will be conducted by outstanding coaches in the Lightning organization.
and EVERY Player gets a FREE reversible Lightning Jersey with your registration!
